Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 5 days after delivery. Your item must be returned unused with the original tags and in the same condition as received. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged returns will not be refunded. 

Returns must be shipped back to Beaverhead Treasures within 5 days of delivery.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom orders, customized items, sale items, gift cards, downloadable software products and free samples cannot be returned.

Please call or email Beaverhead Treasures at your convenience with your name, email and order number when returning any items so I can be on the look out for your package. 

All returns are at the buyers expense.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.

Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 2 business days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted by your payment source.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will be notified about your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will be notified about your return.

The gift giver will have their money back to purchase a different present for you.
