Lulu is assembled using fusible applique on a simple pieced background fabric with a striped border. Since the pattern is designed with fusible applique, I recommend that you use an Applique Pressing Sheet. The pattern designed by Barbara J. Jones contains instructions, a full sized dog applique layout guide and is fat quarter friendly.

This is a hand drawn pattern that is not reversed.
