Toil and Trouble Halloween applique quilt pattern set designed by Pearl P. Pereira for P3 Designs. The second photo shows an example completed quilt for illustrative purposes.
The quilt pattern set contains all thirteen patterns. A 26-inch center medallion witches block is surrounded by twelve 13-inch blocks. The Spookey Tree is one full size template. It sounds scary but it was just a little awkward stitching and the finished trees made for a amazing border. There is also hand embroidery for the spiderwebs and grave stones.
The pattern is printed in color on seven 28” x 40” pages for full size drawings. Each block has 6” color photo and fabric requirement. There are some basic instructions for assembling the applique using Pearl's Quick and Easy Applique Techniques. You may also assemble using the Fusible Raw Edge applique method and Machine Sew.
This pattern is not for the beginner quilter.
